Dedicating time to treat your skin can do great things for your stress level!
A great way to pamper and care for your skin at home , is making your own facial masks with simple ingredients you already have in your kitchen.
To detox your skin make a paste mixing 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 of honey and gradually add baking soda until you create a paste. Apply evenly on your clean face, wait 5-10 minutes, rinse off and pat dry your face.
To exfoliate and make your skin glow, mix ¼ cup of mashed pineapple, 2 tablespoons of almond meal and 1 tsp coconut milk. Mix all of the ingredients, apply evenly on clean skin, leave on for 15-20 minutes , then rinse off.
To de-puff your skin mix 1 tablespoon of ground coffee, 1 tablespoon of turmeric and 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt. Apply evenly all over your skin, carefully including the under eye area. Leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water followed by cold water.
