It takes 2 to 3 business days to process all orders, although rush orders are available upon request at additional S&H cost. We use first class USPS for most of our shipments. We Track every single shipment so that your order arrives in a timely fashion. We do not guarantee timely deliveries due to events that may occur outside our control , for example but not limited to: Mad rush during the holidays, hostile environment conditions or other events but we will do our best to provide support on any shipping issue that may arise.
If you’re not fully satisfied with any product for any reason, simply send us an email to email@example.com with your information (name, address, date of purchase), product info and reason for return and a ZAO representative will contact you within the next 72 hrs of receiving your email.
We offer customers a 15-day return policy and a full refund on UNOPENED and/or UNUSED items with original packaging and labels or a 15 day exchange policy on all used items. No exceptions.
NOTE: To receive your refund you must follow our guidelines exactly as we instruct, to ensure that there is no delay with you receiving a return charge on your credit/debit card. Failure to do so may result in refund not being processed.
Shipping charges are not refundable. On free shipping orders, incurred shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
